Steve Erwin is COO and an owner of Southeast Elevator Inc. d/b/a ELEVATED FABRICATION SYSTEMS aka EFS. Steve is CET (Certified Elevator Technician) in multiple states and has worked in elevator maintenance and construction alongside highly regarded elevator consultants, inspectors, and master mechanics. Leaning on his years of experience in routine elevator maintenance, construction, car manufacture, interior design and safety measures, he is personally involved in every project and offers a balanced approach and an all-inclusive product offering.

EFS has established a team of salespeople, designers, fabricators and installers that are trained and certified and take pride in the product and serving our customers. 

EFS specializes in the design and manufacture of commercial and residential elevators and lifts and boasts a strong customer base in the southeastern United States. EFS customers include Condo Owners Associations, Hotels & Resorts, and other prominent commercial businesses. Elevator Company’s are also key customers and ours include:
